Terms & Conditions – Happy Hijabis

We value your trust in us, and this document ensures that both our customers and our brand are protected. Please take a moment to read these terms before placing your order.


SALE ITEMS

All SALE items are final and not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.


DELIVERY TIMELINE

We aim to dispatch your orders with care and efficiency. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Regular Orders: Delivered within 7–10 working days.

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items like hijabs, innerwear, and accessories: 3–5 working days, provided there are no external delays (e.g., public holidays, strikes, weather disruptions).

  • Hand-Embroidered or Custom Abayas: These take longer due to the craftsmanship involved. Timelines are mentioned on each product page.

If you require time-sensitive delivery due to travel or special occasions, kindly let us know in advance. Such orders will only be dispatched via urgent courier service with advance payment. Same-day delivery is possible within Karachi under these conditions.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage every customer to make well-informed decisions by reviewing:

  • Product descriptions

  • Fabric, size, color

  • Estimated delivery times

Please reach out within 36 hours of placing your order to request any changes.

Note: Orders placed irresponsibly and canceled at the time of delivery will result in the customer being blacklisted. We respect our team’s effort and resources and hope our customers do too.


PAYMENT METHODS

We offer three convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan (exceptions apply)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Local Debit/Credit Card (Pakistani cards only)

⚠️ COD is not available in some areas. For such regions, we use alternate courier services like TCS/Leopards, and advance payment is required.

  • For orders above PKR 10,000, a 25% advance deposit is required.

  • All time-sensitive orders must be prepaid.


EXCHANGES

We offer two types of exchanges:

1. Brand-Initiated Exchange (Our Error)

If you receive a defective, wrong size, or wrong color item:

  • We'll immediately arrange pickup and send out the correct product.

  • If the product is unavailable, you may choose an alternate or opt for a full refund (within 5 working days).

2. Customer-Initiated Exchange

If the wrong size/color was selected at your end:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange is only possible if stock is available.

  • No refunds are offered in this case.

  • The product must be returned unused, tagged, and packed within 5 days.

  • Exchange dispatch will be made once the return is received and inspected.

  • A flat PKR 350 courier charge applies for the re-dispatch.

💡 Tip: Save yourself time and cost by reviewing your order details carefully before checkout.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on Ready-to-Wear items (like hijabs and accessories) only in specific cases of dissatisfaction.

However:

  • We do not support returns for habitual returners based on personal preferences like style or color dislike.

  • We encourage a healthy conversation in case of genuine issues like fitting concerns. Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • All customer-initiated returns must be:

    • Requested within a reasonable timeframe

    • Shipped back at the customer’s expense

    • Unused and in original condition (tags attached)

Refunds (where eligible) will be processed within 5 working days after inspection.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Items like custom abayas, hijab–niqab sets, or anything made-to-measure are not eligible for return or exchange.

These are stitched specifically for you, based on your selected measurements. Please ensure your provided sizing is accurate.

If, however, a manufacturing fault or sizing error occurs from our end, we will urgently fix it or offer an exchange.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect or misconduct towards any of our team members. Any abusive language or behavior will result in a permanent ban from our services.
